Greetings! Your top sash guide looks similar to our 18-178 guide pair, but you'll need to look over the dimensions to be sure it's a match. Let us know how it goes.

It's the tabs on sides of guide that I can't match I have sent more pics (hopefully) showing how guide fits into window. The total length of guide is 1 3/8"; across top it's 1 1/16; it's a 5/8" balance

The 18-178 pair that Kathleen recommended have similar tabs on the side. Did you look those over yet? Is there any reason those tabs won't work?
