Thanks for posting! I believe our 18-009 would be the best replacement option for your existing top sash guides. Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact replacement for the top sash guide you have and it is made any longer.

You will need to trim down the top edges on the 18-009 so that it will sit flush with the window, like your existing pivot bars. It is important to consider, any altered parts are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Take a look over the design and measurements to determine if this will work as a replacement for you.
