I'm not sure if we carry an exact match for your top sash guide but the 18-044 and 18-166 are similar. Review the dimensions below to determine if one of them matches your part.

As for the side guide you mentioned, you may be looking for a face guide. We can't be sure since your part appears to be broken but the 67-026 looks promising. Take a look and see how the specifications compare to an intact guide. Thanks for posting!
