This sits in the side channel and the clip on the bottom is where the window mounts

Just went to AA Window parts on Jerome Avenue in the Bronx and they told me they can't order the part , I have to order a window assembly with balances. Doesn't sound right.

If the only thing you are looking to replace is your pivot shoe, then you may want to take a look and consider to see if our 15-180 will do the trick in making your windows functional again.
