Top Sash Guide for channel balance

I need to replace these shash which I bought for:
(12) S385-33 : 33" Series 385 Channel Balance
(4) S385-27 : 27" Series 385 Channel Balance

Please advise. Thanks.

We don't have an exact match for this Top Sash Guide, but we believe our 18-009, 18-064, 18-166 or 18-188 might work as replacements. Look over each and see if you think one of these might match up. My bet would be the 18-009 or 18-166, but it will come down to the dimensions.
