Thanks for posting. Hm, This Top Sash Guide looks a little unusual to us. Is this the whole part or is it damaged? May we see it installed? From there, we'll do our best to make a recommendation. Many thanks.

Did you ever find those replacement parts. I think I have the same parts I am trying to find. They are on the top of the sash for single hung impact windows. I cannot find any brand ID on these windows. The etching shows a date of around '06. Please let me know.
