Top slide in latch thing

Hello there. This looks like the track slide of a casement window hinge. These parts are not meant to be replaced separately, I am afraid, but you could replace both hinges in the window with a new set. See if the 10" 36-048 matches what you have. Take a look and let me know if anything differs.
