I was wondering if you carry a replacement part for my top slider as attached?

This guide is no longer made, but we do sell the 23-093 which can be used as a substitute, according to our records. Look it over and let me know if you had any questions.

Ok thanks. Do I need to change the rails though or do I just buy this one part?

The 23-093 should be fully compatible with your existing top rail. The wheel interacts with it the same way as your old guide, even though they look very different.
