Top small window of a glass Cole Sewell storm door

Question

Just moved into a home that has a Cole Sewell glass storm door.  The glass does not go to the top of the door, there is a small screened in piece above the glass part.  I believe it is supposed to have a piece of glass over this.  Can anyone help me with ;this?
