Window are 1992 2 1/2 inches long screw holes 1 3/8 inches a part width 3/4 inch

We're happy to look into this, but we'll need to see photos of the latches in question. Can you also confirm whether you're measuring from the center of each screw hole?

The length is 2 1/2 inches The width is 1" and the center of the screw holes is 1 3/8"

I'm afraid I can't ID your latch without photos. The 26-477 and 26-314 measures 1-3/8" on the installation hole centers, but you'll have to review the specifications and style to see if they match your old latch.
