Top weatherstripping on French door

Question

This is a 25 yr old PGT French door. I need 6 ft of new weatherstripping. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Thanks for posting. Our 58-156 Foam Seal is similar and has a T-base, although the shape looks a bit different. Take a look and see if you think this might work as a substitute.
