Have purchased new window channels but realize the guides at top of window are broken. Wondering if you can identify and whether they are available . Thanks for any assistance.

I'm not sure if we have this exact top sash guide. It would depend on your specific dimensions, but I can't really make them out from your photos unfortunately. Start by looking at our 18-009; in terms of style, this is very close. You can also see our complete selection here.

Would it be of any benefit if I provided you an actual top sash guide from an existing window? Otherwise I could send photos with more detailed measurements. Thanks

Hey Tom, after pulling out an intact top sash guide from another window I was able to identify the part as 18-178 Channel balance guide pair. The windows are Nu Air so I feel fairly confident I have the right ones. Thanks for all the help from your team.
