Top window not staying up

Question

I need the rod balance and shoe for the top window on this unit. Please. I hope you can use this Info to find it.
I also have a a window by the same manufacturer over the sink. The bottom outside glass is broke. If you could help me find a replacement. That would be amazing.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, the sticker information does not tell us the hardware that the window uses. To get started, we would need to see an intact balance removed from the window to compare to our inventory.

As for the broken glass, unfortunately, that is not something that we can supply but a local glass shop should be able to install a new piece of glass and reseal the sash for you. Thank you.
