Top window sash bracket

Question

I'm looking for 2 sets of replacement brackets as shown in the photo. That are for early 2000 certainteed windows. When the window lock is released the top sash comes crashing down. I believe it's due to these brackets being broken/damaged.

Hello,

It's tough to tell since your pivot shoe is obviously in rough shape but the outline resembles our 15-180 that is used with our S190 coil springs. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to undamaged hardware from another window. Thank you!
