Top window sash cam

A home owner from Florida says:
While installing my just received (this morning) SWISCO Balance Springs it was identified that the top window sash cams are not grabbing onto the new springs.

Im searching for top replacement window sash cams for my windows. See pictures for assistance:

Hello! The parts in question are called "top sash guides" in the industry. Yours in particular are very similar to our 18-166. I recommend looking over our dimensions just to be 100% sure, but I think it's a good bet. Let me know what you think!
