Part is 2 1/2" long 5/8 wide 13/32 deep.
from a Silver Line Widow. Distance to second screw is approx 13/16. how to get second screw out, all four windows have no head on the second screw. How do I get it out?

Your top sash guide resembles the 18-179 at first glance, but the dimensions differ slightly from yours. I'd suggest removing your part fully from the sash frame to determine if this is the correct replacement part for your repair. Thanks for posting!
