Top window sash won't stay up

I need help identifying the part number for the lower shoe on the left and right that need to be replaced, I've included photos of the broken ones, the ones that are NOT broken, and the window style

Thanks for contacting us! Take a look at our 15-180 which uses the Series 190 coil springs. We sell the 15-181 double support but you can reuse your old one if it's in good shape.
