This window hold a t~29 balance. I am looking for the past that screwed into the top on the bottom window that holds the balance spring.

Hello there. It's difficult to tell how damaged this top sash guide is. At first glance it reminds me of the Pan Am 18-042. Please compare. If this does not seem right, please show us a complete sash guide and I will try and find something better.
