Top and Bottom Hinge for Visions Casement Window

I need replacements for the top and bottom hinges of my Visions 3000 casement windows. The part with the black plastic tab is about 8 1/4 inches and the arm hinged to it is about 5 3/4 inches.

This hinge set looks similar to our 36-048. There are some differences in style, but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then it should be fine. The video below goes into more detail.
