Top and bottom track needed for Mirrored bi-fold clost door

Hi,
so glad I found you! I have some used mirrored metal closet doors. I believe I have all the hardware (2 adjuster pins and 6 of the pivot pins pictured...I removed when I painted the doors). What I don't have is the tracks and whatever hardware is needed for the tracks, I hoped you could help me with.

I included a picture of a manufacturer's sticker that I tried to preserve (sorry it got smudged)in case you can glean any pertinent info from it.

The closet opening is 48".

just figured out your website and took some time to look around. As far as I could tell I needed 21-404 tracks, ordered 2 and keeping my fingers crossed!
