Torrison Weather Shield hardware replacement

Hello,

We are looking for replacement hardware for four Weather Shield windows. They were purchased in Spokane Washington in 1988. The only visible number on the hardware is 30905.

There are total of four windows which need new hardware. Two open to the left and two to the right, hardware for top and bottom of all four.
