Thanks for your post! The parts you have pictured here are the inner spiral from a tilt window spiral balance and the pivot shoe. We can supply the replacements for the parts but there are details I'll need from both to identify the exact matches.

I've included video tutorials below with instructions for removing/installing the hardware, below. There is also one detailing the information we'll need to identify the balances.

For the shoes, I'll need to know the width and thickness (front to back) measurements.
