Track for a Hope casement window

I am replacing a track on a Hope casement window. The track I have that is original, looks like a standard track, but has a slight, maybe 1/8" profile on the mounting side. I can't find this part, any ideas?

To further review, we will need to see pictures of the original track, operator and attachment at the end of the operator arm that engages with the track. From there we can view the overall style to determine if we can supply a suitable replacement option. Thank you!
