Track Flopping and Door Sticking

Question

I'm hoping you can help me figure out the best steps to triage my Sliding Glass Door. I do not know the mfg, but I have included a pic of the track flopping over. The rollers attach on the face of the door not the edge of the door, with a Square Head screw.

Any idea why the track keeps flopping over?

You might have a track like our 80-106 that is twisting as the door moves along the track. Maybe try using a few small screws to hold the guide rail down to the threshold.
