Patio DoorTrack Guide

I am trying to find this nylon track guide for my patio doors. It is approx 1.5 inches wide and 2/16 inch thick. It attaches to the top corner/edge of the door to keep it centered between the metal frame and from rattling. It is held in place by a single screw which is the area that is broken off in the photo.

Please let me know if you have these, can get them, or where I can track some down.
