Track guide

Question

30 year old Lincoln awnings, Truth hardware. In the photos, the awning arm is 18", part #40023. My question is regarding the black plastic track guides; 1) Are they available?, 2) Are they an independently replaceable part, or does the repair require replacing the awning arm (hinge) complete?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Start by taking a look at the 36-004-18 with an 18" base. Review the specifications and see if they match up with your old hardware.

Note that we recommend you replace the entire hinges on both sides of the window for smooth operation.
