Trying to find the wider piece that goes under the window frame know where the operator arm connect to. Can't find item anywhere on the site please advise.

Hello there. If you indeed have the 39-253LB Operator, then I think you might be referring tot he 39-529 Track Slide Piece. If not, please send pictures and we'll find something better for you.
