A quick learner from California, USA says:
I'm hoping to be able to use the cover 1/4 am I gonna need to build up the track itself ,before putting the sleeve on ?
Do I use jd weld?

Your track does look to be pretty worn down. I'm not sure you're going to have enough purchase to install a track cover; these are designed to snap directly onto the rail, but your rail is missing entirely in places.

I think you may need to consider an all new track, like our 80-106. Covers are a great way to get dented tracks operational again, but the kind of damage you have is a little too significant in my estimation.
