Track wedge for patio sliding door

Question

This piece on track is missing from my Guardian patio sliding door . I was wondering if you can help me get another part for the track inside to help me with opening the door . It is very heavy and does not open easily at all because I believe the part is missing and it gets stuck . Thanks

I believe that the "wedge" you're showing in your photos is part of the foot lock. You part looks like the keeper. I don't think you need it and it could be the reason your patio door is hard to open. I would remove it and then try to open the door to see if it rolls smoothly. If not then you might need to replace the roller or adjust the rollers in the door.
