Please start by reviewing the style of the 38-095, 38-096, 38-138, and 38-139 casement locks. Compare the overall specifications and projection of the fork to your original to confirm a good fit. 

As for the operator, take a look at the 39-187 and 39-188 operators. These appear to match the zig-zag shape of your gear arm, but please confirm. Review the specifications and see if they match up with your assembly. 

If you need new hinges, we can't be sure based on your photo, but the 36-048 set would be a good place to start. Take a look and see if the 10" base of this 2-bar hinge set matches yours. Thanks for posting!
