Tracks for norco casement windows

Need two tracks for Norco casement window. Is the items that are attached to the window at the bottom. Look at the pictures and hopefully you can tell me which one you have that can be used. Thank you.

Hello, thank you for posting,
To further review, are you able to provide pictures of the base of the operator along with the attachment at the end of the arm that attaches to the track on the window sash? We will need to see the arm detached from the track to get a clear view. From there we can get a clearer idea of a possible replacement for the track itself. Thank you!

Hopefully these pictures will help. I took a picture of one that is correct then I took the second picture of the one that has the part at the bottom that is missing. I need the parts that fit on a right swing window and a left swing window. Let me know if you need more.

As long as they can work on left and right side I need 2 of the 39-505.
