Traco Channel Balance ID

A contractor from Fort Lauderdale says:
Is a Traco 2100 series, both balances are not working properly, but the the balance shoe and top don't seems to match the combinations you have in stock. The length is 24 and stamp says 2350

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for writing in. We can custom build a 24" balance, stamped 2350, with the 19-041 Top. Can you tell me the depth, or heel-to-toe measurement, of the bottom nylon shoe? If this depth is 1", then you need the 15-002 shoe. If it's 1-1/8", you'll need the 15-001. Also, how many balances do you need? From there, we'll get this all started for you. Many thanks.
