I'm looking to repair/replace a window balance in one of our windows. Part of the block and tackle pulley broke. I've included a link to photo's of the part that needs replacement.

Thank you for posting. This looks like an 18" channel balance with a 19-041 top attachment and 15-004 bottom attachment. Review these parts and let me know if you agree. If so, then we can make this balance for you. I just need you to also tell me the weight of your window sash. That will helps us determine the appropriate strength spring. Thanks!

Yes, 18" is correct. The 19-041 matches perfectly, but the 15-005 is the other one. As for sash weight, it's 19.2 lbs.
