Hi Dave, thanks for writing in. For your tilt latches, I suggest you start by looking over our 26-243 and 26-244. Compare their dimensions to your original part to see if these could work for you.

In regards to your coil balance assembly, could you please show me the pivot shoe? This will allow me to identify the rest of the accompanying parts. Many thanks!

A handy person from St. Louis, MO says:
Hi Julia: The tilt latches look like the right ones. 26-243 and 26-244 in white would be great.

Regarding the coil balance assembly I sent the following photo. I am having difficulties getting the window out of the frame / assembly and will not try to really get it out until I have the replacement parts in hand. Does this photo work or no? Also I would not be opposed to ordering two different parts to ensure I get the right one if the price is not too expensive.

Thanks,
- Dave

I'm afraid I can't confidently identify anything without seeing that pivot shoe. There are quite a variety of potential options, which you can see here. It could potentially be the 15-087, which works with the Series 180 coil springs. But that's just a guess, I can not guarantee its functionality as a replacement.

A handy person from St. Louis, MO says:
I agree with your assessment. Based on the dimensions I believe the part could be 15-087. Can you send me two of those as well as the latches? Also this window does not have a cutout, do I need an additional tool to do this replacement?

Thanks,
-Dave

Hi Dave. All orders can be placed directly through our site at your convenience. Take a look at the video below for instructions on how to remove your pivot shoe. We recommend using a utility knife to make the cut out.
