Thank you! I'm afraid we haven't been able to find anything with a 5/16" base and 3/8" height. You may want to triple check your measurements to make sure they're as precise as possible. Dimensions for wool pile can be very specific. For example, our 58-126 is the closest I could find to your sample and it's 9/32" by 11/32". Could this work for you?
