38" LL60 unique 60@69lbs. I will need the broken piece that connects the bottom of the window to the spring system. see all pictures posted.
the piece consist on flat attachment with (2) screws as image.

Hello! Did you only need the pivot bar? If so, see our 26-201. This looks similar to what you have. Let me know what you think.

Sure, the pivot shoe would be our 15-048. Look it over and see what you think.

We can also supply the balance, but it will have to be custom made. You have a special heavy duty commercial balance. Can you tell me the exact weight of your sash? That will allow us to calculate the proper spring strength. Please be as precise as possible, down to the ounce. Please also tell me how many balances you need.

Once we know that, I can email you an order link and price quote for the desired quantity.
