Transom Pivot from 1899 house

Question

When replacing glass, one of the pivots broke. These are located on each side of the window enabling it to tilt in or out. Distance from center to center between mounting holes is 1 5/8"

This is a very old part! I don't think you'll be able to find anything like it on today's market. Consider our 23-101 as a possible replacement. Would you be able to get something like this to work?
