Transom Window hardware

Question

I have a transom window. The hardware is heavily painted. It's probably 3 to 4 ft. long, with an arm attached to the window. The window opens to about 45 degrees, when you squeeze a spring mechanism, pulling down to open, pushing up to close.

I'm in the process of a kitchen remodel, and I would really like to get one like it. kinda like something old with something new. Sorry for the lack of photos.
