I purchased 95-211 for a Trapp storm door. My frame od is 5/16? These are too wide. Or thick.
it is 3/4" wide and the thickness is 5/16"
It seems that I need about 1/8" corner. Trapp door 40 years old. I thought about sanding this new piece down but the corners are hollow. Thanks.

I'm afraid we're not familiar with the Trapp brand and it's not possible to ID your corner without seeing the original. Would it be possible to see an undamaged corner removed from the screen?
I should mention now that storm window hardware like this is really hard to come by these days. There's a good chance we can't help but we will try our best.
