Tri State casement window Guide

Question

This is a Tri State vinyl double casement window. This is one of two guides for the metal rod that measures 1/2" wide by 1/8" thick. The screws are and 1 1/4" apart. Where can I find this little plastic part? Also, if I can get it, I would rather have a replacement that is more durable and made of metal.
