Hi there!
If the outer tube measures 3/8" in diameter, see the S900-20. Just keep in mind that length is determined by measuring only the outer tube.
We'd be happy to help identify the pivot shoe but we'll need more information. To be specific, can you remove an undamaged shoe and write out its thickness and width? Those details will help narrow down some options.
