Trim and balance caps

Hello,
these windows from condo built late 1990s. All the trim on inside is breaking every time you touch it. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Judging from the cap of the top sash guide, I wonder if it could be the 18-124P. This is just an educated guess, so I recommend you remove one in undamaged condition to confirm. As for the glazing bead, this reminds me of the 55-158-6. Review the specifications and see how they compare with yours.
