Trimslide sliding door roller

I have repaired Trimslide doors in the past, though I'm not sure what your wheel size is in this instance. Look at our 81-266 and 81-272. These are wheel kits with assorted fasteners. Could these work? Also take a look at the 81-004 roller unit. That has a 3/4" wide housing like you show in your photo. You would need to retro fit it with 33-103 and 33-104 screws to mount and hold it into your patio siding door frame.
