Triple coil balances

Hello, attached are the triple coil balances and shredded covers on the left and right side of my window. I also have a picture of the window model number, in case that will help. I would like to know which triple coil balances I need to order.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I can't identify the coil balances you may need from these photos alone. In order to help, I'll need to see a photo of the pivot shoe. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.
