Triple coil balancing with a 2 part coil assembly (1 phillips screw in each coil assembly)

A handy person from New Bern NC says:

My Simnonton windows have the triple coil balancing but the coil assembly is in 2 parts (each with a phillips screw holding in the channel) and the channel cut out, for removal, is already present in the window. Pivot shoe assembly is connected to 2 of the coils with a phillips screw.

Pictures are included here, what part #'s do I need to replace coils, coil assembly and pivot shoe?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

I don't think this is a triple coil assembly, your balance is only designed to take two springs. It's actually not made anymore but you can use the following hardware to replace it: see our 15-192 pivot shoe, Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs, 15-156 cover, and 15-157 bushing. The video below will show you how it all works together.
