What parts would I need to order to fix this window. These are the coils for the top window.

Thanks for posting. I believe the pivot shoe is the 15-111. Please compare to confirm.

Alternate image for 15-111

Measure the thickness of the coil spring tape. Is it 1/2" thick? If so, you can use the Series 160 Coil Balances. For springs stamped #6.5, use the S160-06 6.5 pound springs. All this hardware is sold separately. Let us know if you have further questions.
