Trouble finding the right mortise lock...

Hello,

I am hoping someone can help in identifying the right replacement lock mechanism. We moved into this home some time ago and the lock broke, as you can tell from the damage plastic bit. I think it?s a 45 degree, but it?s hard to tell from the damage.
I looked into the patent number and it lead me to your website. I feel this will be the best place to hopefully finally resolve this dilemma.
