Trouble identifying hinge for casement windows

Home Owner from Boston
Hello Swisco Team,

We have a large number of casement windows in the house, all of them appear to use the same operator and hinge setup. The problem is that some windows have parts of the hinge arm missing and others may need a new operator, sow we would like to fix that. After going through all the Truth hinges on your website, I am unable to find one that matches the strange hinge arm on our windows. It almost seems the arm has been extended, as it is a rigid two piece design. The only writing on any of the hardware is "Truth" and the typical "pry here to remove" etc Any advice you may have on the correct parts to replace our hinges would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks and please let me know if you need any additional information,
Uwe

Hello,

We do not carry an exact match for your hinge assembly but you should still be able to use the 36-048 set as long as you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

As for your casement lock, we'll need to see the operator base, the end of the arm detached form the sash track, and confirm the length of the arm to compare to our inventory. Thank you.
