Trouble removing bottom window sealing strip

Question

I want to remove the bottom window to add a new strip of sealing material to the bottom of the window. It's to hard to replace with the window in place. Thanks!

I'm not sure what kind of window you have, so I'm not sure how to advise you. Can you show me some photos of the sash, as well as the area where the weatherstripping installs? We can start there.
