Trouble with 39-031 Roller

A home owner from massachusetts says:
i recent purchased a 39-031 and started to replace it. The roller on the new piece it taller than the original (my original is metal only and not as "high" ? and would not fit into the track. the track is also on the bottom of the frame not on the face -- did truth reddish its products?

is there a different operators than the 39-031

the markings on the long arm ? 40753
short arm ? 20810 and 31538

Everything matches except the roller.

I see what you're talking about here. That is quite odd. Truth must have made this, since you have it, but it's not something I'm personally familiar with. Please give us a little more time to look into it and I'll get back to you ASAP.

We aren't able to get a version of our operator with that skinny steel wheel, unfortunately. However you still may be able to get ours to work if you can install a 39-505 track on the sash. These just screw onto the face. The only concern I have is whether or not you have room, so you'll have to check that beforehand. See our dimensions below.
